About the designers: Anntian is about high quality and deep, strong contents. Haptics, intensity and details are of great importance. Reduction, within the tendency to abandon the needless, is combined with classical and traditional elements. Timelessness is focused on, not the trend. A characteristic attribute that goes through all the Anntian collections is to show the process of formation. Wearable shapes are created out of high quality material. All items are manufactured in Germany/Berlin with details handprinted and dyed by the designers. The overall picture of the collections is quiet and harmonic, a look in detail offers complexity and intensity, maximal and minimal aspects. Anntian is Anne Hilken and Christian Kurt, who have been working together from Berlin since Summer 2006. |
